Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For returns/exchanges (non-defective items), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
🔹 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
