  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging.

  • Custom or personalized items (such as custom photo phone cases) are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For returns/exchanges (non-defective items), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

🔹 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

🔹 Process

  1. Email us at Inkagestudio@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

  2. We’ll confirm your return and provide instructions.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund (minus shipping costs) to your original payment method.

🔹 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom/personalized products (e.g., custom printed phone cases)

  • Sale items, gift cards, and digital products
